**Responsibilities:**
Ready to make a real difference in healthcare? Here's what you'll be doing:
- **Master the art of phlebotomy** – Collect blood samples with skill and confidence (at least 25% of your time), ensuring patients have a smooth and comfortable experience
- **Keep things moving** – Process specimens, enter orders, and transport lab materials like a pro, keeping our workflow running smoothly
- **Be a testing superstar** – Perform point-of-care testing and support a variety of laboratory procedures following our established best practices
- **Bring the good vibes** – Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism, making everyone feel valued
- **Work independently (with backup)** – Operate under limited supervision while following established procedures, showing initiative and reliability every single day
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required.
- A minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy is required
