Dialysis Clinical Technician – Northland Park – 40 Hours/Week

**GENERAL SUMMARY:**

UP TO A $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR CERTIFIED DIALYSIS CLINICAL TECHNICIANS

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Dialysis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to work in patient care and a passion for helping individuals with kidney disease. As a Clinical Dialysis Technician, you will play a vital role in providing dialysis treatments and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

**What You Will Do**

  • Keep a close eye on patients undergoing hemodialysis and deliver hands-on care under nursing supervision—you're the patient's go-to support during their treatment!
  • Share patient updates with the team in real time, keeping everyone in the loop so care runs smoothly and seamlessly.
  • Jump into collaborative teamwork with the interdisciplinary dialysis crew—because great patient care happens when everyone's working together.
  • Complete the Greenfield Health Systems dialysis training program (it's a must-have to keep growing with us!).
  • Earn and maintain your dialysis technician certification within 18 months of joining—we'll support you every step of the way!

Qualifications

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of a dialysis technician training program preferred.
  • Certification as a Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) required within 18-months of employment.
