Role Overview
As a Clinic Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. - Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
- Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
- Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and clinic staff.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
- Ability to perform calculations and complete forms accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.
