Role Overview
As a Physician Practice Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of a physician practice or health center. You will serve as a key liaison between the practice manager, practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas, while also overseeing staffing and office correspondence to support the provider¿s work schedules and practice efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Serve as a liaison between practice manager, practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas.
- Ensure staffing is in place to meet the demands of the provider¿s work schedules.
- Complete and review office correspondence, including invoices, statements, credit cards, petty cash, and reports.
- Perform clerical or technical roles as needed to support the practice such as working the front desk regularly and performing all duties that this includes, i.e. answering phones, checking in and checking out patients.

- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
