Role Overview

As an Asst-Office Operations, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing essential administrative and clerical support in a medical setting. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, from patient check-in to appointment scheduling, and plays a vital part in the patient experience.

What You Will Do

  • Greet patients and visitors, checking them in and out while obtaining necessary documentation.
  • Verify and enter demographic information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification for patient services.
  • Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
  • Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
  • Collect co-payments and reconcile daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
