Role Overview

As a Ldr- RN Ambulatory, you will provide leadership to a team of four or more staff members, including RNs, MAs, and CSRs, while also delivering compassionate patient care as a Registered Nurse. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality care, effective team coordination, and clinical excellence within our ambulatory setting.

What You Will Do

• Provide leadership to a team of RNs, MAs, CSRs, and other support staff, ensuring effective coordination and delivery of patient care.
• Perform duties of a Registered Nurse, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate tasks and supervise nursing staff to maintain high standards of care and patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and analytical abilities in formulating nursing care plans.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing.
• Successful completion of HFHS (Parent Operating Group) Pharmacology test.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse.
• Two to three years of nursing experience in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Basic computer knowledge and keyboarding skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred.
