As part of Henry Ford Health's Community Care Services, our Occupational Health team plays a vital role in expanding access to care by promoting, protecting, and restoring the health of employees across manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments. As an RN- Occ Health Cont, you will maintain an autonomous nursing practice focused on occupational health within a safe and healthy work environment. You will support employees by addressing their health needs, ensuring compliance with state nursing standards, and contributing to a culture of wellness. Your role is critical in safeguarding the health and productivity of our workforce.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• RN diploma/degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Valid RN license in the State of Michigan.
• Current BCLS certification.
• 12 months of accumulated nursing experience within the last 5 years, or completion of 1200 verified hours of employment within the last 12 months as a new graduate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience in occupational healthcare.
