Ready to make a real difference in patient care? As a Lab Assistant-Specimen Collector, you'll be the friendly face patients see when they need blood work done. Here's what you'll be doing:

• **Master the art of phlebotomy** – Collect blood samples with skill and confidence, performing this essential task for at least 25% of your scheduled hours
• **Keep things moving smoothly** – Handle specimen processing, order entry, and point-of-care testing to keep our lab running like a well-oiled machine
• **Be the logistics pro** – Transport laboratory specimens and materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility
• **Create great patient experiences** – Interact with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a reassuring demeanor
• **Follow the playbook** – Execute all laboratory support procedures according to established protocols while working independently with minimal supervision

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required.
