Job Description
This position is a hybrid work format. In person work will be required for focus groups & team meetings.
Role Overview
In this role, you will develop and implement a comprehensive program to collect market and customer intelligence, effectively reporting insights to executive leadership, internal customers, the Board of Trustees, System leadership, and external oversight/regulatory bodies. Your work will drive strategic and operational improvements across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with clients and leadership to define project goals and objectives, determine information needs and develop a process to deliver actionable research and recommendations.
- Work with internal business customers and cross-disciplinary teams to determine research needs and to enhance the use of strategic analysis and market and competitive intelligence. Collaborate internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals.
- Explores and recommends market and growth strategies including collecting research and data and authenticating results.
- Integrate market and competitive intelligence from multiple sources to develop reports and other information tools. Provides necessary research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and measurement from both a growth and customer satisfaction perspective.
- Create and update comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.
- Perform thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; the general social economic and political environment; legal and regulatory issues; customers; current and potential competitors.
- Manage customer research projects (survey research, focus groups, journey maps) that collect information related to customer satisfaction, customer preferences, brand awareness, product concerns and purchasing dynamics.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one of the following: Market Research, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Market Strategy, required.
- Master’s degree, preferred.'
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one of the following: Market Research, Data Analytics, Customer Experience, Market Strategy. Health Insurance or Healthcare industry, preferred.
