Our team focuses on meeting patients where they are, providing care coordination, home health care, and hospice services. Role Overview

As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional assistance. You will play a crucial role in resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and coordinating services, contributing to a seamless and positive patient experience.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and direct patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Investigate and resolve patient inquiries concerning merchandise, services, and billing, both in person and over the phone.
  • Accurately complete and record sales transactions in the HFO Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Collaborate closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patient services.

 

     

    Qualifications

    What You Will Need

    Required Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Basic math skills.
    • Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
    • Ability to demonstrate effective organization skills and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Completion of all training courses as directed by Henry Ford OptimEyes.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous optical experience.
