Job Description
Dialysis Registry Clerk – Detroit Northwest Lahser Dialysis - 40 Hours/Week
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Functions as the face and voice of the dialysis unit, providing a welcoming atmosphere for patients and others, both in person and on the phone. Under general supervision, and according to established policies and procedures, completes relevant forms, enters key information into databases, uses and provides reports. Obtains patients¿ records, schedules tests and treatments, registers new patient, types miscellaneous materials and performs other related duties.

- **Tell Our Story**: Prepare monthly reports and statistics that showcase what we're accomplishing.

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Requires high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Requires computer experience; familiarity of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Experience with entering information into databases preferred.
