Job Description
Sign on Bonus: $2,500 sign on bonus
Schedule: 2 ten-hour shifts Monday and Wed. 1x per month weekend rotation. 1x per year holiday rotation.
Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Responsibilities: Performs initial and on-going assessments of patient's condition.
Establishes, revises and evaluates a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient/family.
Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the condition of the patient.
Oversees activities of physical therapy assistants, students and other support personnel.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- BLS
- Current State of Michigan Licensure- Physical Therapy
- Prefer at least 3 years hospital-based experience, orthopedics and Acute therapy.
