Job Description
Make a real difference in patients' lives by delivering compassionate behavioral health counseling services that empower individuals to achieve meaningful change and improved wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and collaboratively establish personalized therapy treatment goals that inspire progress and recovery.
- Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions while maintaining meticulous, confidential records that support quality care and clinical excellence.
- Measure and celebrate therapy progress by evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting approaches to maximize positive outcomes.
- Connect patients with community resources and therapeutic activities that extend healing beyond the counseling room and enrich their daily lives.
- Partner seamlessly with patients, families, physicians, and community providers to deliver coordinated, holistic care—from the first session through successful discharge and beyond.
