Job Description
- Deliver comprehensive clinical care to critically ill neonates, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of complex conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform advanced clinical procedures and interventions within scope of NNP practice
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and communicate outcomes with families and care team
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence in neonatal care
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required:
- Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) licensure in Michigan
- National certification from ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
- 2-5 years of clinical experience in neonatal or perinatal care settings
