Job Description

Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: October 1st, 2025 - September 30th, 2026 (1 year)

Our client, a leading global professional services organisation, is seeking a Digital Product Content Strategist to take ownership of the end-to-end content strategy and hands-on writing for product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs), category pages, and navigation copy. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving discoverability, clarity, and conversion by creating persuasive and structured content in partnership with UX, Service, SEO, Analytics, and Engineering teams.

What you will do:

  • Define and implement content strategy for PLP, PDP, and category experiences across multiple brands and markets.
  • Establish and maintain voice, tone, and evidence-based messaging frameworks that increase CTR, add-to-cart, and revenue per visit.
  • Design and optimise information architecture (taxonomy, facets, filters, microcopy, and naming conventions) to improve findability and reduce friction across digital journeys.
  • Write and edit compelling copy at scale, including product descriptions, benefit-led bullets, specifications, comparison modules, and guided selling content.
  • Build reusable content templates, models, and governance processes (style guides, editorial checklists, QA standards) to ensure consistency across markets.
  • Partner with optimisation and analytics teams to run A/B and multivariate tests (e.g., CTA language, above-the-fold modules), iterating content for measurable performance improvements.
  • Work within enterprise CMS and marketing stacks, ideally Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign, to deliver and optimise content across channels.
  • Collaborate daily with UX, Product, Design, Merchandising, SEO, and Engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of content within agile sprints and release cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years’ experience in content strategy and product content writing for enterprise-scale web, mobile, or commerce platforms.
  • Strong expertise in information architecture and structured content design: taxonomy, schema, and component-based content models.
  • Proven track record of persuasive, conversion-focused writing for PLPs and PDPs, with a portfolio showcasing results (before/after or A/B test outcomes).
  • Solid understanding of SEO for commerce, including query intent, entity coverage, and internal linking strategies.
  • Experience working in Agile product teams, managing backlogs, and delivering against sprint commitments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present content rationale supported by data and insights.
  • Hands-on experience with AEM Sites content models/components, Adobe Target activities, and Adobe Campaign orchestration; familiarity with DAM/Assets pipelines a plus.
  • Experience working with large product catalogues, multi-locale content operations, and PIM/DAM workflows.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive language guidelines.

Additional Information

What to include with your application

  • A portfolio with 3 - 5 representative PLP/PDP samples (before/after or test results preferred).
  • A brief content case study explaining your strategy, IA decisions, and measurable outcomes.
