Job Description
Anticipated Contract Length/End Date: March 1st, 2025 with potential to extend
Work set up: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office)
Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment and Assessment Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various assessment and recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and assessors.
The focus areas are early talent, coordinating, assessment centres, and grad/apprenticeship recruiting space.
What you will do:
Assessment responsibilities
- Secure interviewer and candidate availability, and schedule onsite interviews.
- Plan and coordinate assessment days with multiple interviews, ensuring strict adherence to timings and efficient feedback collation.
- Welcome candidates to the clients' offices, conduct presentations, and host Q&A sessions.
- Prepare all necessary materials for assessors and candidates ahead of interviews.
- Manage the platform for candidate queries and provide support during assessment days.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in data capture and reporting.
- Record, manage, and respond to candidate queries, implementing necessary adjustments and rescheduling as required.
Recruitment responsibilities
- Source applications for entry-level roles using channels relevant for graduate candidates.
- Screen candidates by phone and conduct recruiter-led interviews to assess key skills.
- Make job offers and issue contracts.
- Manage candidate communications and queries.
- Support onboarding by engaging with offer holders and organizing pre-joiner events.
- Manage online digital chat platform to provide recruitment advice and guidance.
- Conduct focus groups to improve the candidate’s experience.
- Help organize and chair team meetings.
- Attend recruitment and networking events.
Communication and working relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to candidate queries quickly and professionally.
- Work with overseas teams regarding scheduling and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Good level of Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Good understanding of the early talent recruitment market.
- Understanding of factors influencing recruitment processes (e.g., GDPR, adjustments).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to be resourceful and think creatively.
- Ability to pick up new information and technologies quickly.
- Ability to work with changing demands.
