Our client in the global professional services industry will soon be seeking a Bilingual Content Lead proficient in both French and English to oversee heir team of authors and QA resources and we're looking to create a pool of talent within this space so that we're ready for future potential hiring.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving consistent improvements in quality and throughput, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to localization and language-specific requirements. This position requires strong leadership, coaching, and reporting skills, as well as a deep understanding of content creation and localization practices.

What you will do:

• Oversee authors and QA resources for specific language and location, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to ensure team success.
• Daily reporting of team performance, including KPIs and SLAs, and proactively suggest strategies for improvement to drive consistent quality and throughput.
• Utilize strong reporting skills to run accurate statistics and define strategies to increase throughput and quality improvements for the team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to authors for writing content in both English and French, ensuring proper spelling, grammar, and linguistic accuracy.
• Demonstrate knowledge of localization practices to adapt content for language-specific countries, considering linguistic, cultural, and regional characteristics.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all content produced by the team.
• Exhibit good leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Possess proficiency in the English language to comprehend training delivered in English and interpret metadata fields effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English languages, with demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proven experience in managing teams to meet KPIs or SLAs, preferably in a bilingual or localization environment.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to run accurate statistics to drive improvements in quality and throughput.
• Excellent coaching skills for writing content in both English and French, with a focus on proper spelling, grammar, and linguistic accuracy.
• Knowledge of localization practices and cultural nuances in French-speaking regions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Good leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the team to achieve success.
• Proficiency in the English language to comprehend training materials and interpret metadata fields effectively.
