Our client in the global professional services industry will soon be seeking a skilled Bilingual Content Writer proficient in both French and English to join their team and we're looking to create a pool of talent within this space so that we're ready for future potential hiring.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality written content in both languages, adhering to strict guidelines and annotation protocols. Working collaboratively within pods of peers, the Bilingual Content Writer will play a pivotal role in authoring questions, statements, and responses while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and cultural sensitivity.

What you will do:

• Work collaboratively within pods of peers to author questions, statements, and responses in both English and French, following annotation guidelines provided by team leads.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in writing content in both English and French, ensuring proper spelling, grammar, and linguistic accuracy.
• Utilize good analytical skills to summarize long-form English and French content into concise and informative formats.
• Possess good general knowledge and the ability to independently research information sources to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Exhibit creativity in generating diverse topics for content creation, catering to the needs and interests of the target audience.
• Adapt content written in French to suit specific linguistic, cultural, and regional characteristics, ensuring localization for the language's specific country.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and consistently generate high-quality content that adheres to the client's guidelines and standards.
• Possess proficiency in the English language to fully comprehend training delivered in English and effectively interpret metadata fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English languages, with demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Proven experience as a content writer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing bilingual writing skills.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize complex information into clear and concise formats.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with localization practices and cultural nuances in French-speaking regions.
• Proficiency in conducting independent research and sourcing reliable information.
• Ability to adapt to evolving guidelines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
