Creative Project Manager

Location: Anywhere in India, but Delhi-NCR or Bangalore preferred (Remote)

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Work timings: 3 pm to 12 am IST

The Opportunity: We seek a passionate and organised Creative Project Manager to champion our creative projects from concept to completion. If you have an eye for detail, love collaborating with dynamic teams, and get excited about bringing big ideas to life, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Own the successful planning and execution of creative projects across various mediums (e.g., branding, marketing campaigns, digital experiences, video, print).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring flawless delivery on time and within scope while proactively mitigating risks.
• Manage our skilled creative team, delegating effectively, fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and addressing performance issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, proactively managing expectations, and skillfully presenting creative concepts.
• Streamline creative processes, identify areas for improvement, champion quality control, and troubleshoot roadblocks creatively.

What You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a creative agency or in-house creative team, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Impeccable organisational skills and the ability to easily juggle multiple projects, ensuring attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset, a talent for motivating and inspiring creative teams, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• A knack for clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing budgets and a strong understanding of creative production processes.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, etc. and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite) is a plus.
