Note: US Shift/Night Shift Opportunity

a. Manage Business Development engagements, starting to finish. 
b. Assume responsibility for pre-sales activities for IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
c. Create additional business opportunities at assigned client sites through continuous client nurturing.
d. Consult with clients to identify and define client business need by reviewing RFP/RFI/RFR's, determine a solution, and develop an ROI proposal (or work with Presales team) for IT Staffing projects for client review and acceptance. 
e. Proactively identify, locate, and qualify new business leads. 
f. Establish & maintain industry contacts leading to specific business opportunities.
g. Participate in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner. 
h. Possess strong initiative, capability with ability to work independently as well as part of a team 
i. Self manage workload and work with people at all levels of an organization
j. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
k. Solid understanding of business dynamics and financial planning, and create and drive revenue within a specified vertical
l. Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling. 
m. Should have good knowledge on using the websites like data.com, Zoominfo, lead 411 etc. Salary is not a constraint if the candidate meets the desired experience.
