As a Testing Engineer, you craft and execute comprehensive test plans aligned with project requirements. Your expertise includes for both hardware and software: configuring testing environments, ensuring secure connections to the power supply, and adeptly interpreting schematic and GA drawings, in addition to running the tests, troubleshooting and documenting results.

Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you conduct internal testing and Factory Acceptance Tests, meticulously document results, and collaborate on the bug fixing.

Your role also encompasses effectively communicating outcomes to stakeholders, offering support in root-cause analysis, and providing hands-on training to end-users on system utilization and maintenance.

Who are you?

Next to that you:  

1. Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations) 
2. Have a technical degree in electrical/mechanical or computer science engineering, control systems, automation, mechatronics or a related field. 
3. Have previous experience in a testing role for both hardware and software, especially in a manufacturing or engineering environment and with testing tools, equipment, and methodologies. Knowledge of relevant programming languages, automation tools, and hardware systems is a pre. 
4. Have strong written and spoken English communication skills to convey test results, issues, and progress effectively to team members and stakeholders; and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
5. Have a high level of attention to detail to identify and document discrepancies accurately; and the ability to analyze and solve problems encountered during testing.
