What you’ll do
As the Finance Director and member of the Leadership Team at Helin, you have direct impact on all our decisions and you will play a central role in shaping our financial future. You get the chance to join us at a pivotal moment as we are scaling up and preparing for Series A funding, contributing to our exciting journey. Next tot that you can build and lead your own Finance Department.

Who are you?
Honestly, we don't even need to spell out this role for you. You live it and breathe it. What clicks with our team is someone who’s self-reliant, detail oriented, structured and a good sounding board. Someone who gets a kick out of driving important changes. Someone who leaves a mark!
Next to that you:

• Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing financial processes and standards including: budgeting, forecasting , financial reporting, supervising accounting work to ensure accurate and compliant annual accounts, tax filings, preparation and execution of future financing and investment rounds (Series A), cash planning (management and allocation of funds), and setting up and managing the core dashboard of operational and financial KPIs.
• Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations)
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Have exceptional English communication and people skills, adept at conveying complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

And it would be great if you have experience in a fast-growing scale-up international environment and with a VC or PE funded company.
