What you’ll do

In your role as a Project Manager, you serve as the crucial link connecting our offshore clients in the marine and energy industries with our internal engineering and sales teams. Your primary responsibility is to maintain a comprehensive overview of tasks and timelines, ensuring that the expectations of all relevant stakeholders are met. Your goal is to support the successful delivery of our pioneering technical projects in edge and cloud data analytics for remote and mobile operations, all while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. 

To excel in this role, it's essential that you thrive in a high-tech, innovative environment and possess a deep understanding of the energy, offshore, and maritime sectors. Your willingness to travel to our customers' locations is also a valuable asset.

Who are you?
Honestly, we don't even need to spell out this role for you. You live it and breathe it. To thrive in this team, it's important to work independently, be a quick learner, and have experience with offshore, energy and/or marine sectors. Someone who gets a kick out of driving important changes. Someone who leaves a mark! 
If you are not an expert yet, you are planning to become one and you: 

• Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in project management, handling more than one project and one customer at the same time. 
• Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations)
• Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent and passion to solve technical puzzles. 
• Have exceptional English communication and people skills, adept at understanding and conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Have strong commercial awareness
• Have experience in managing or affinity with software development, data analytics and/or electrical and instrumentation (E&I) projects is a plus. 

And it would be great if you have experience in a fast-growing scale-up international environment.
