As a Technical Tester you are responsible for ensuring the quality of our .Net Core and Python-based applications. In this role you will use your experience with a variety of testing techniques and tools, as well as a strong understanding of the software development process.

Your main tasks will be:

• Reviewing software requirements and proactively identify functional, technical and integration related defects
• Designing, determining and executing functional tests for our applications
• Automating functional tests using scripts and CI/CD pipelines
• Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors, bugs and usability
• Advising and collaborating with our development teams to ensure that all defects are identified and resolved in a timely manner in order to ensure quality throughout the software development life-cycle

The following suits you:

• Prepare integration tests and end-to-end tests
• Integrating independently automating tests using Azure CI/CD Pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Testing distributed cloud-based and Docker-based applications
• Experience working within a small or medium-sized enterprise (not only big corporates)
• Experience with software development (Python, .Net Core in combination with C#) is a plus
• Experience with tests that include hardware (RevPi and PLC’s) is a plus.
• It’s an advantage to have affinity with industrial standards and protocols such as OPC and Modbus used for our communication.
