Helen Jon is a swimwear manufacturing company that is based in Lenexa, KS. We make high quality swimwear and cover-ups in beautiful prints. We have grown rapidly and have expanded our offerings into resort wear and active wear.
Job Description
- Work with Customer Service to prioritize daily and weekly tasks to meet deadlines
- Organize warehouse and prioritize duties for warehouse staff
- Communicate with Production Team in Los Angeles: confirm product receipts and request product shortages
- Coach and develop warehouse staff to ensure accuracy
- Ensure warehouse packaging and organization supplies are available to meet upcoming needs
- Pull inventory and document inventory pick on inventory box for wholesale customer account and website orders.
- Package product for orders
- Inspect and repack inventory returned from wholesale customers
- Unpack new inventory shipments received from manufacturing team in Los Angeles.
- Place new inventory into inventory box and update physical inventory increase on box
- Assist co-workers with tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to ask questions
- Basic email and excel skills for company communication
- Comfortable standing and moving 8 hours a day
- ability to lift 40-45 pound boxes
- Ability to climb ladder to retrieve or put away inventory
- Prior shipping and receiving experience preferred but not necessary
