We are looking for a sharp, business-minded student to join our Heimstaden Group Digital, AI First team.
This student part-time position is based in Copenhagen.
Job Description
At Heimstaden, we aim to become Europe’s most AI-enabled real estate company. The AI First team within Digital helps support that ambition by working on practical use cases and business improvements.
As Junior Analyst, you will support AI adoption and AI-related initiatives in the commercial part of the business. You will work closely with the Manager of AI First, the Director of Letting, and cross-functional colleagues across Group HQ and local markets.
This role is a strong fit for a student who wants to build skills in structured problem solving, clear communication, solid analysis, and working at the intersection of business, AI tools, and technical execution.
Key responsibilities
You will:
Support AI adoption and AI-related initiatives in the commercial business
Prepare slides, updates, and communication material for stakeholders
Document methods, prompts, playbooks, and ways of working
Conduct research and turn findings into practical recommendations
Create process maps, meeting notes, and other material that helps projects move forward
Track progress, adoption, and impact across initiatives
Support ad hoc analyses and practical tasks across AI First and Letting
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is sharp, curious, and motivated. You need to have an interest in AI and its transformative potential. You should also enjoy working in a technical environment and be interested in how technology can improve business.
You are preferably in the final part of your Bachelor’s degree or early in your Master’s degree. You can come from many different fields of study. What matters most is that you have a strong academic track record, a sharp mind, and a genuine interest in working at the intersection of business, AI, and technology.
We also expect that you:
Have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Write clearly and work in a structured way
Have a business-oriented and analytical mindset
Deliver high-quality work and follow through
Have a strong interest in AI and digital development
Are comfortable working with digital tools, data, and process flows
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or in early-stage Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar in a practical way is an advantage. Experience with prompting, automation, structured documentation, or simple AI-supported workflows is a plus. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working in a technical environment and motivated to learn fast.
