Job Description

As TeiaCare’s first Delivery Manager, you will be expected to operate with a general management mindset, to focus on the creative and the original, in order to drive customers’ requirements and to find the best way to deliver TeiaCare own products.

You will be responsible for delivering multiple coordinated projects with relevant partners to healthcare clients (as hospitals and nursing homes), and of looping back to the R&D team with iterative feedback.


What is required 

  • 3+ years of product management experience 

  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry 

  • Demonstrated track record in delivering technology products/services 

  • Experience working with a software development team in an agile environment 

  • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a project team, with multiple communication channels 

  • Effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving atmosphere 

  • Strong core consulting skills-demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and client relationship skills 

  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills in English 

  • Desire and ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an agile environment 

What is highly desirable 

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Biomedical Engineering 

  • Previous experience managing technology products with an understanding of system integration and Electronic Health Record interoperability 

  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making 

What constitutes a big plus 

  • Software development mindset (Python, C++ and C#) 

  • Experience with cameras/video pipeline
