Job Description

The E-Commerce Amazon Analyst will work to drive revenue through Amazon and other Market Place Vendor Partners.  This position will be responsible for managing sku listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, launching new products, analyzing data, and growing revenue through each Vendor Central and Seller Central channels.

Qualifications

  • Provide recommendations for pricing changes/variances to enhance sales by channel
  • Capable of creating and managing all aspects sales and report reporting
  • Monitor all inventory and forecasting
  • Experience working with Vendor Central and Seller Central
  • Optimization of online settings to maximize online competitiveness
  • Develop and maintain keyword database for Amazon and other market places
  • Work closely with marketing and procurement to maintain current product availability on Amazon stores
  • Monitor and report on Amazon’s sales performance and analytics.  Taking action as needed to increase reviews and performance
  • Follow best practices with Vendor Central, Seller Central and Amazon Stores , plus SEO techniques to improve search results
  • Product page enhancements
  • Process improvement on feedback received from customer feedback and market place
  • Monitor analyze and report on market place performance metrics, sales, competitive listings and pricing
  • Proactively identify product, service, and market place issues and bring to resolution
  • Work with internal and external resources (ex. Amazon, eBay )  to ensure products are accurately described and priced correctly
  • Assist with the launching of new market places on line
  • Track weekly market place performance metric and implement strategy to improve them
  • Manage and maintain strategies on our Amazon Stores as well as Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) account to meet objectives
  • Support the Retail Sales Team with market data and account strategy
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping/Receiving, Marketing and Customer Service
  • Experienced with Web based and Windows applications
  • Knowledge of Amazon selling technology and development
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Working knowledge of Amazon, Vine, affiliates, coupons and promotion opportunities
  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work autonomously in a team environment

  • Microsoft Suite – advanced skills in Excel

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing, Business Information Systems
  • 3 or more years’ experience w/E-Commerce platforms  and Product Management experience
