You will help us revolutionize this industry with a range of clients and partners from small to top-tier Insurers, re-insurers, and MGAs in Europe and APAC.

Job Description

You would be the Sales Development Manager in the UK, who will help us generate leads and help to convert these together with the local VP.

We have built a strong product that uses data-driven insights to more accurately predict insurance outcomes. The market for this innovation is huge and recent events have shown that innovation is needed for survival in this market.  

Your responsibilities will include, not be limited to:

  • Exceed quotas and associated targets
  • Understand our clients and their needs
  • Identify and research potential clients companies and personnel
  • Manage the complete sales cycle 
  • Maintain our CRM and sales reporting
  • Understand the sales and buying process and associated key metrics
  • Develop and improve a sustainable approach to meeting OKRs

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years work experience

Preferred experience

  • Prospecting to sell technology solutions to mid to large corporates.
  • Ability to understand the industry, clients, needs, and trends
  • Be a key part of developing, executing, and improving sales strategy and operations
  • Comfortable with all marketing channels: emails, calls, social, and events
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycle and funnel.
  • Prior experience in using CRM and marketing softwares.
  • Knowledge of topics related to data analytics and statistics.
  • Background in financial services and insurance or related start-ups.
