Originating in Ibiza (doesn’t get much cooler than that does it?) and now expanding into the UK market, the brand continues to grow across the country in its mission to become the world’s number one provider of fresh, honest food.
You will be there to make an impact, to do whatever it takes, to get the job done and be a leader and mentor to your team.
If this all sounds like a breeze so far and you are good with Excel, can knock up a smoothie with your eyes closed, know your way around a kitchen and figures, targets and numbers are second nature to you, then this is the job for you.
What you will do
·Oversee day to day operations of the restaurant
·Ensure the kitchen is run with budgets and profitability at the forefront of all planning and every decision made
·Lead by example
·Ensure all hygiene standards are met
·Ensure all food and drink specs and procedures set by the company are followed without fail at all times
·Be the face of the business and represent the brand with the highest level of customer service, not just by you but by your entire team
We will offer you all of this –
·£28,000-30,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
