Seeking a forward thinking ASC Nurse Manager to join our growing, interventional pain practice in the Central Florida region. The Orlando location is a recreational haven for residents and visitors alike; with Disney World, Universal Studios, and many other theme parks, Orlando draws international tourism.

This person must have an outgoing and energetic personality and a team focus with a strong work ethic.

General Responsibilities
•Plans, organizes, and directs the essential nursing and administrative functions of the Facility.
•Responsible for management of all aspects of environment of care.
•Coordinates and directs patient care according to regulations and the accepted accreditation standards and works with the Medical Staff to coordinate the functions of patient care services.
•Coordinates activities to accomplish the goals of the Quality Management Program.
•Performs the duties of an Operating Room Nurse or Preoperative /Postoperative Registered Nurse.
•Reports to the Center Director and supervises all patient care staff, directly or indirectly

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Experience: Health care management experience required a minimum of 3 years, particularly in an ambulatory surgical center setting. Perioperative nursing experience required. Operating Room experience preferred

Licensure, Registry Required: Current State licensure required

Special Training: Must be able to utilize computers and various software programs such as: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Athena
