Job Description

Responsible for answering inbound customer, payer, and attorney calls related to patient accounting questions for hospitals. Calls are primarily related to accounts with government and non-government insurance however may also be for self-pay and uninsured.  The work environment is within a fast-paced call center with a requirement to be talking on the phones 70% or more of the work day. 

Qualifications

-  High School Diploma, or GED

-  1-2 years’ experience in an inbound call center / CSR environment

-  Exceptional Customer Service skills (Must be a good listener / communicator)

-  Experience with an auto-dialer

-  Ability to type at least 35 WPM

Additional Information

Length- Temp to PERM

Wage- up to $16HR depending on experience and interview

Shift- Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm
