Daily Responsibilities:  

• Recruiters work internally for a large Managed Care Organization

• Assess recruiting needs and ID key recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates

• Conduct in-depth screening of perspective applicants

• Establish and maintain a strong recruiting presence and create an effective service image

Requirements: 

• BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field

• 2+ years of specialized recruitment/ staffing experience, preferably in Healthcare Field

Hours for this Position: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
