Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:  

• Workers will assist the Florida Contact Center and also support the IL team with recent membership acquisitions

• Work alongside permanent Contact Center Agents

• Assist Members and Providers with general inquiries (benefit clarification, new ID cards, etc.)



Hours for this Position:

Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm only

Qualifications

Qualifications/ Requirements: 

• HS Diploma/GED

• At least 0-2 years call center/customer service experience

• MS Office proficiency (Excel & Outlook) with good data entry of at least 40 WPM

• Comfortable toggling multiple applications, multi-tasker, typing while on the phone

• Experience assisting members with questions and setting them up with marketplace coverage, health plan/managed care experience
