Are you an experienced LVN looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities: 

Assessing patients’ ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) and need for services that allow them to remain out of the hospital

Working with the ABD (aged, blind, disabled) population

Telephonic position located in the McAllen Superior office

Requirements:

LVN license

LTC or Home Health experience

Look for experience working with the Aged, Blind and Disabled population (SSI patients on disability

Experience coordinating services and knowledge of community/government-funded services in the area

Bilingual English/Spanish

Strong candidate will have experience coordinating services, assessing ADLs and evaluating what is needed to keep patient living safely at home/out of hospital.

Hours for this Position:

Monday-Friday

Mon-Fri 7:30AM-6:00PM (for now, this OT might change in the future, but for now, need to be available for those hours)

Start Date: 1/25
