Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:

Track and triage coverage determination requests submitted from providers and determine if a pharmacist review is required

Obtain verbal authorizations and request detailed clinical information from prescribers

Approve coverage determination requests based on defined criteria

Certified Pharm tech (CPhT)

Nationally Certified Pharm Tech ( PTCB)

Registered in the state of Florida 

STRONG work ethic- really important to hiring manager!!

2+ year retail, hospital, or mail order experience

Good communication

Positive attitude/ fast learner/ good attendance 

Advantages of this Opportunity:

• Hours for this Position: Shift can be anywhere from 8am-9pm Monday-Friday must be flexible

Have to be available to work one Saturday shift.  

• Pay $14.50 per hour

• Immediate opening, Temp-to-Perm position with benefits offered.
