Job Description

High volume of inbound calls daily, 50-60 calls. Representatives are expected to answer incoming calls from marketplace members. Representatives will be collecting payments from the Healthcare Exchange Marketplace Members. Representatives will be expected to answer an array of questions for members (i.e. I.D. Cards, Primary Care Physicians, Specialists, General Questions). In addition to answering questions representatives will be expected to be able to multitask; toggling multiple screens, researching, as well as simultaneously typing and maintain conversations with customers is expected.

Qualifications

  • Phenomenal Customer Service 
  • Bilingual Speaking 
  • Call Center or High Volume Face to Face Interaction Experience 

Additional Information

Hours: Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts between 8am-8pm (2 weeks of training)

Pay rate: $16/hr
