• These candidates will be on the Symphony Team in Coppell.
• Calling patients monthly to ensure they are taking their medications correctly and resolving any issues they may have. They are essentially ensuring that the patients are adhering to their medications.
• Responding to patient inquiries with information regarding benefit plans including but not limited to: co-payments, deductibles, quantity and day supply limitations, etc.**
• Will also respond to calls from clinics, insurance companies, pharmacies, and physicians

• Registered in the State of TX, no disciplines (must bring a hard copy of their license to first day of work)
• Ability to work with high volume production teams with an emphasis on quality!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Call center experience
• Soft skills
• Optimistic, customer focused attitude!
