Job Description

 (Listed in order of importance) 

• Respond to incoming calls from members and providers excluding provider claims calls. 

• Achieve individual performance goals as it relates to call center objectives 

• Engage and collaborate with other departments as applicable 

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED

• Fast Paced Inbound Call Center 

• Multitasker, able to toggle multiple screens, able to provide state specific state information to the inbound caller. 

• Many CSRs have the experience but not the CSR attitude, ATTITUDE/PERSONALITY IS KEY HERE, workers should be eager to help, empathetic, helpful

• Phenomenal Customer Service 

• Great Attendance and Reliability
