95% back office duties

Triage and assess client health concerns to determine appropriate response

Verify insurance, both commercial and government

Obtains patient histories and medical information

Perform procedures such as phlebotomy,

Provide patient education for scheduled procedures, self administration of medication, procedure preparation

Schedule and keep track of appointments

2+ years of back office experience with in a doctor’s office primary care setting

Certified Medical Assistant or LPN 2+ Years of experience

1+ year of referrals experience 

MUST have Phlebotomy experience

Room patients, thorough medical history, take vitals 

Experience triaging patients

Computer literacy, including MS Office and electronic medical records systems

Insurance verification experience (

Length of Assignment: Temp to Hire

Shift:  Monday – Friday (8:15 – 5:30) with 1 hour lunch

Start: ASAP

Pay rate: $17- $27/hr.
