Support IT organizations financial planning process. Build financial models to support strategic initiative using excel- forecasting and budgeting.

Daily Responsibilities:  

• Use Excel to build financial models in support of strategic initiatives 

• Assist with monthly close activities (accrual, capitalization, reconciliation) 

• Variance explanations 

• Forecasting/Budgeting responsibilities 

• Partner with IT leaders to assist with labor planning and forecasts 

• Create power points for executive report outs 

• BA Degree in Accounting/Finance or another quantitative field

• 2+ years of analytical experience

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Access – a plus)

• Attention to detail and ability to Quality Assess your own work

• Excellent communication skills (able to explain complex financial concepts/calculations to non-finance audience)

• Ability to work independently

Hours for this Position:

Monday-Friday daytime hours

40 hrs a week
