• Responsible for obtaining new and existing prescription renewals from dialysis facilities and/or physician offices through verbal authorizations via inbound/outbound calls
• Securing prescription orders for patients whose prescriptions are not on file or for existing prescriptions that have no refills
• Making outbound calls to follow up with Doctors regarding prescription issues, i.e. new scripts, clarify scripts, codes are incorrect, etc.

• 1+ year(s) of experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in Texas (no disciplines on file)

• Strong customer service skills

• Data entry and fill experience

• Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, and written)

• Retail pharmacy and mail order experience preferred, but not required
