Are you an experienced Medical Assistant in the Maple Grove, MN area looking for a new job opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Are you interested in a project / contract job? Summary: 

⦁ Supports providers in the delivery of patient care services.

⦁ Prepares examining areas and patients for examination, procedure or treatment by a provider or authorized practitioner.

⦁ Performs delegated medical functions under the direction of a provider, authorized practitioner or RN in the delivery of care for all assigned patient populations, in accordance with all policy, procedure and practice guidelines.

⦁ Obtains vital signs and records patient’s medical history and other relevant data.

⦁ Assists provider with patient examinations, treatments and/or procedures.

⦁ Administers injections or assists with treatments/procedures under direction of authorized practitioner

⦁ CMA or LPN License

⦁ Clinical experience

⦁ Experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine or Family Practice preferred but not required

⦁ EMR or Epic experience preferred

Contract Period : 3 + months 

Shift: Monday-Friday – 8:00 am-5:00 pm
