Consultant and strategic partner to Miami Cancer Institute (MCI) hiring leaders, develops creative sourcing plans difficult to fill positions, research, clinical, and other positions that support MCI. Proven ability to produce leads and create candidate pipelines using campus recruiting resources, networking, cold calling and social media. This recruiter must be an independent self-starter and effective liaison who translates needs between MCI hiring leaders and the recruitment team; delivers high-touch, quality service while filling positions and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

• Must have 2 + Years of Healthcare - Agency or Corp Recruiting Exp in a hospital/health care setting STRONGLY preferred.

• BA required

• 100 outbound calls a day and 50 + submissions to HR a week
• Will deal with the hiring managers to set up internal interview
  
• Average of 25 reqs per week
• Strong phone Presence
  

Hours for this Position:

M-F 8:30 AM – 5PM
