Job Description
Are you an experienced Registered Pharmacy Technician looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious pharmacy? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!
Our technicians’ primary focus will be delivering a superior experience to our facility partners by driving first call resolution, providing accurate & timely communication, and addressing orders which have the highest impact on our patients. Each teammate will have the resources and training to resolve facility requests end to end as well as keeping our facility teammates and other various company teams “in the know” thru consistent follow up communication.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for calling patients that typically go to other pharmacies for their prescriptions, and enrolling for our client's services.
- Utilize company leads to contact patients already interested in hearing about company enrollment services
This is a production role with incentive based performance metrics
Strong knowledge of Top 100 medications is required
Hours for this position:
- Monday – Friday, 10am-7pm
Pay Rate:
- $15- 17/hr plus incentive pay

Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Texas- no disciplines on license
- Must have at least 6 months of experience as a pharmacy technician
- Strong communication skills, good rapport with patients
- Must be comfortable in call center environment
- Strong knowledge of top 100 medications
