• The RN Case Manager in this role is responsible for coordinating and implementing a plan of care for patients on-site from admission to discharge. 

• You will be working with the Physicians and other healthcare providers to evaluate the patient’s condition

• You will be determining medical necessity, creating a plan of care, and making changes as necessary.

• Must have clear and active RN license in the state of WA

• Must have BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing)

• 2 years Case Management Experience

• Strong Medical Surgery Background

• Excellent computer and communication skills

M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm
