Daily Responsibilities:  

• 90% inbound calls, 50-70 calls per day

• Making sure candidates are comfortable w/ taking calls from members and providers (physician offices and hospitals)

Requirements: 

• Min of 1-2 years of HEALTHCARE CALL CENTER/Customer Service exp!

• Must have HS diploma or GED (and from a school that can be verified)
