Job Description

• ·Take inbound calls from Provider offices, facilities, and member calls

• ·Documents providers and member calls

• ·Educates providers on our self-service options (learn more in training)

• ·Assists providers and members with questions or re-route them to appropriate department


Qualifications

Requirements: 

Call Center Environment; Health Care exp is NOT required (but highly preferred!)

Preferred but not a MUST:

·Healthcare background in preferred

·Bilingual (English / Spanish) is HIGHLY preferred




Additional Information

Shift: Monday- Sunday: 8a-8p (shifts will vary- you must be available 7days a week after October 1st)

You will work a 5 day work week, 8 hours per day throughout every week
