Are you an experienced Pre-Registration Representative looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Do you want the chance to advance your career by joining a rapidly growing company? If you answered “yes" to any of these questions – this is the position for you!

Daily Responsibilities:  

• Pre-register in-scope patient types by gathering patient’s information such as demographics, insurance, and clinical information. Includes some phone contact with MD offices and web research.

• Ensures document retention and destruction, when appropriate, in compliance with established Policy and/or other applicable Guidelines.

• Confidently communicates patient out-of-pocket amounts and facilitates collection, where applicable. Responsible for referral of patients who might have financial difficulty to pay identified resource.

• Understands and is able to translate insurance plans to match the needs of the registration with accuracy.

• Demonstrates personal accountability by performing to established standards for productivity and quality. 

• Participates fully as a team member in a dynamic, client-focused, fast-paced environment.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• 1 year experience in patient access or similar role

• Proficiency in medical terminology

• Type 40 WPM
