They are looking for bi-lingual (Spanish) pharm techs with pharmacy experience but they do not need to be state licensed or certified. If you're looking for pharm techs, most will probably already have a state license, which is fine, but in the event you come across someone who just recently moved to the area and still doesn't their license yet, those candidates are still ok to submit as long as they have strong pharmacy experience prior.

Candidates here will NEED to demonstrate strong customer service skills and experience with order processing and prescription processing. They will assist in prescription fills and also doctor calls and physician outreach.

• Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish)
• HS diploma or GED
• NY DOES NOT require a state pharm tech license
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmacy field with emphasis on mail pharmacy
• Demonstrated customer service experience
• Ability to speak clearly on the telephone with physicians
• Good verbal/written communication skills (English & Spanish)
• Must be able to read and decipher correctly prescription orders
